For bookings of Travel Services, the following cancellation policy applies unless otherwise specified at the time of booking:

We understand that unexpected circumstances may require you to cancel your booking. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances, we may, at our discretion, offer a more flexible refund or the option to reschedule your booking. Supporting documentation may be required.
For group bookings (5 or more travelers), the following modified cancellation policy applies:

Some Travel Services are provided by our partners, who may have their own cancellation and refund policies. In such cases, the partner's policy will be clearly communicated during the booking process and will take precedence over our standard policy.
Due to the nature of Digital Products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once the digital content has been downloaded or accessed. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased Digital Product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
We stand behind the quality of our Digital Products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] with details about your concerns. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement product or store credit.

For annual subscriptions, if you cancel within 14 days of the start of your subscription or renewal, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for cancellations of annual subscriptions.

If we cancel a Travel Service due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, or government travel advisories), we will offer you the option to rebook at a later date or receive a credit voucher valid for 18 months. If these options are not suitable, please contact us to discuss alternatives.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5-10 business days.
If your original payment was made in a currency different from your local currency, the refund amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations. European Adventures is not responsible for any differences resulting from exchange rate changes.
